• PLEASE NOTE - Please allow for extra time during the initial ice-making process out of the box. We recommended letting the machine sit for 4-24 hours before first use to let the internal coolant settle. In addition to performing a cleaning cycle before first use, fill the water reservoir and fully drain via the drain plugs for optimal performance going forward. Your first batch of ice may take up to 1-2 hours depending on temperatures around the machine. Normal ice-making times will follow after.

This is my 3rd ice maker. I've had 2 KBice auto dispenser ice makers (first one failed second one got moldy and there was no way to clean the tank).

This one has detachable water tank and internal water tank is also exposed which is easier to clean then KBice unit which is all sealed up.

Makes great chewable ice that is just like Sonic ice!

I had an issue with the first ice maker I received. The vendor was incredibly responsive and helpful. The immediately resolved the issue for me.

Once I got the machine set up, it worked marvelously. Very happy with the ice making.

Important to let it rest after removing from the box. The first batch takes a little while. Once it gets going, it is relentless! Love the clear little pebble cubes!
